User Based System

What is the VacaShon User Based System?

The VacaShon User Based System is designed with the end user in mind from the gound up. This allows for seamless integration across all aspects of the public website and managment backend. Using this design philosophy, we save all user information up front when a guest books a reservation or registers on the site. Owner and Staff user information is generated on the backend by other Staff users/Admins. This information is used for logging back into the site. The incentive to login for guests, is faster booking and to receive discounts if available. Obviously Reservation, Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff need to login to accomplish their tasks. Housekeeping and Maintenance Schedules/Tasks are accomplished on the main Mobile Freindly-Responsive designed website. Of course perspctive guest don't need to be logged in to browse the site for rentals.

What the User sees when Logged in to the public website?

The Welcome Link/Drop Down is the starting point for all users on the system. All users can log into the public website and they are presented with the information and links (administrative or otherwise) specific to their User Type.
